Great buttermilk pancakes! I had mine with blueberries in them with bacon and eggs sunny side up - heaven. The Harbourage is a friendly family restaurant with nice views of Rainy Lake where you can get good food at a good price. The local police eat here, which is as good as an endorsement as any.

Enjoyed a lovely supper there with my family. What you spend is what you pay for; Large home cooked meals and lovely veiw. The inside of the restaurant is very sailor friendly and homey. 
I would definitely go back and reccomend to others. Friendly staff and great food.

Very good home made food.  Pouti.e is the mozzarella and gravy type but still good.  We always come here while passing through Fort Frances.
