Only person in drive through,  they make me pull up to wait area??? The place is not busy! Fries are like warm and you can't order anything your way. Meal came to car with no napkins or the condiments I asked for???? Food is way overpriced!

The place looks clean. Only one person behind the counter during lunch and she was focused on the drive thru. Another person showed up to help but I waited 15 minutes for a cheese burger and it was cold by the time they brought it to me. $7 for a cheese burger and a soda?  I will never go back.

I cannot remember the last time I went to Hardees in Brainerd and had good service. I just left the drive thru tonight. And the guy opened the window and wouldn't even look at me just blindly handed me my drink though the window while laughing and flirting explicit talk to the young woman working there. Ugh. And they always are screwing around! Horrible customer service.

Food and service good. Bad part-the diet coke tasted moldy and I threw it out. Need to take heads and mixing cups apart at close and place in mild bleach water to soak overnight. I  would recommend tho.  Food served hot and fast!

I come here often. Food is usually good when dining in. Drive through or to-go can mean youre served stale french fries or onion rings. Just be sure to order fresh if it's to-go or drive through and you won't be disapointed.
