Had breakfast here this morning. We are from out of town and were dressed for church. I ordered an egg biscuit with Swiss cheese along with other items. Our cashier, Lisa, made sure our order was correct on the screen. Then she turned around to tell the cook in person about the special order to make sure he knew. When handing us our food she turned and grabbed napkins and said she was making sure we had extra napkins so we didn't mess up our nice clothes. Lisa and the others here were very nice, courteous, professional and efficient.

When this place first opened it was a great place.  But now it is the slowest place in Statesville and the employees lay on the counters, play instead of helping customers, and working people can't order and get food within 30 minutes.  Very slowly anytime of day

The meat in the burger tasted incredibly crummy. I don't know what grade meat they use but an overuse of condiments cannot make up for awful meat quality. The fries were fine.

They have a cook(I know that's not what they call them but...) that makes the mushroom-swiss burger something drive there for!!!  Their Jalapeno burger is mighty fine too!  I don't generally rave about a fast food place but this place is definitely the exception!
