Absolute worst experience ever! So we go in the lobby, we have a big family... 3 boys and 2 girls. So we order a lot of food. The manager ignored us as we looked at the menu, finally I took my 3 year old to the bathroom, we came back out. It's been a good 15 minutes since we arrived and I asked everyone if they ordered. Nope we were still being ignored. As they stood there the manager dropped fries all over the counter, picked them up with his ungloved hand, and shoved them back into the box.  They did have 3 cars in the drive up and probably 10 people in the lobby. As we patiently wait for 10 more minutes, my husband says "excuse me are you just to busy to do wait on us? Should we go somewhere else?" The manager finally acknowledged us and said "YA I guess, I'm fine with to going somewhere else. You should leave." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? We were very mad in the parking lot and someone else had followed us out. The other people said the same thing happened to them they waited a very long time. A lady was out the and suggested we go to the old main Cafe and that's where we went.

Food was perfect and I was the only one there at the time so hard to comment about the atmosphere Food: 3/5

Always great chicken sandwiches. Frys suck cold and soggy.  Service was excellent. They care. Friendly

My Boyfriend and I eat here a lot and we love their food. We think they have the best burgers compared to other fast food places. My favorite is their western bacon burger. My boyfriend usually gets the big Hardee or the mushroom swiss burger and he really enjoys those. They also have really good shakes.Outdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: Yes

Lady taking order from a child gave her an adult meal instead of a kids meal. Wasn't too good of chicken. Burgers would good. Very busy so they did what they could cleaning. Still would go back because we had right food just wrong size n price.

So much for fast food I cld have sat down and ate in the same amount of time we got our food

Went through the drive through and talked to an extremely rude lady, she did not greet us nor  repeat back the order or tell us a total. When we pulled up to the window she basically threw the food through our window and slammed the door. I later called to speak to the manager about what happened and it turned out she was the manager. I have had poor service at fast food restaurants before but the service here truly deserves to be recognized as possibly worst service in North Dakota. If I owned this establishment I would be absolutely embarrassed. Will not ever be going back and I will be sure to spread my experience.

Great food for a great price. Middle-of-the-road, good restaurant for a quick meal. Food comes out fast and staff is friendly.
