My wife and I had the 3 pc chicken platter and it was the best chicken I have had in a long time. The chicken was very tender, but most of all there was no!! spices in the batter. They have dipping sauce if you want it hot. We really enjoyed going there especially since they have the temperature turned up so you do not freeze to death while there.

There's an Asian woman who is a manager that works here, typically at the window. She is really rude. She needs to be provided a course in customer service. Almost every time I come to this location and she is present, she is being rude to a customer and none of the workers say anything to her about it. I have over heard a couple of customers complain to managers about her. I have even called corporate on her myself from what I have experienced and witnessed, however, she still works there with her same nasty attitude. I will not be returning. I'd rather go across the street and be provided better customer service from Chick Fil A.

My father in law and myself stopped here after his Dr's appointment for a bite of breakfast. He got biscuit and gravy and I got a sausage and egg biscuit 2 for $5. It was really good and worth the money spent!Food: 4/5

The only reason I even give this place all stars is because of that amazing woman named May or on my receipt it says Marita. Everytime I come get breakfast, she is in the store running everything by herself.  She honestly cares for the customers.  I've seen people get upset at her because of how long they are in the drive thru because she is by herself doing everything.  Why on earth would this business be ran like that? This woman was there to open the store, cooking biscuits,  cooking the food, preparing the food and drinks, dealing with customers , all while running drive thru. Yall should give that woman a raise and some help! I worked at Hardee's when I was a kid and anyone who can run that place all by their selves while keeping a smile on their face should be given all kinds of respect. Is there not a GM working that place? I do not know whats going on there but there seems to be a whole bunch of fast food chains being run this way all while Chick-fil-A is running smoothly.  Good help is hard to find but when you get good help are you really showing them how much you appreciate them?  I'd really love to see this place ran better than it has been since it opened.  The only great service I have gotten has been by this woman and another employee in the evening.  I hope someone sees this rating because something needs to be done to help this lady out and to show her how much she is valued.  If Hardee's want tell you then I will May, Great Job mam! You are a wonderful person and a great employee! Your work is being noticed by the customer's.  I sincerely hope that someone gets you some help, gives you a raise and shows you how much you should be valued.

I get the pork chop gravy biscuit sandwich. It tasted good but the skimped on the gravy there was not as much gravy on the biscuit sandwich as in the picture. The only gravy on one side of the pork chop. But based on the picture on the menu they should have put it on both sides. Other than that the food was pretty good.Food: 3/5

Just wanted to state, I believe Hardee's has the some of the best buttery breakfast biscuits of all time. Everytime I place my drive-thru order the level of customer service given politeness, kind, confirming. I'm always met with a pleasant voice, great breakfast, & a smile that will make you smile. I'm big on customer service & quality...Hardee's on Dixie understands the assignment. Mrs. MARITA needs to be cloned! Service with a smile!  Them biscuits got me in a choke hold! In a GOOD WAY

I just want to take a moment to say that this is easily my favorite fast food establishment around here. The food is always great. The employees are absolute angels. They are doing a great jobFood: 5/5

They are usually fairly low level service today was God awful I'm a yes ma'am no sir please and thank you kind of guy and that was looked at with a weird rude distain. Gave me a single instead of a double on the burger. Return with it the girl at the window snatched it out of my hand and rolled her eyes. Do better please!Food: 1/5

Had my food delivered,  it arrived warm, but that's more of a problem with the delivery. I was surprised at how large the burger fir the kids meal was. Ordered a milkshake. The size was kinda dissapointing for the price. Not really that good either. My chicken strip had a lot of hard dried out pieces in it. But not bad. The shick for me was the apple turnovers.  They were so good. I got 2 turnovers for $1.09. I'm not a pie person. Don't like cooked fruit. But these were delicious!!!!

The person handling the frontend and the drive through has not even acknowledged the customers in the lobby, he’s only working the drive through and took forever to come take orders for the lobby, there is only 3 people in this whole store come on Hardee’s we can do better the 3 people in the whole storeFood: 5/5
