Service was so friendly.  Server was Lee , greeted us rhe moment we came inside, i was blown away by the caring and genuine tone in his voice. Felt very welcome . Food was accurate and fast.

If you're ordering anything there, double check it.....  I'd put a 100 bucks on the fact that they'll get your drive though order wrong!!  One time I went inside and they got my burger wrong THREE TIMES!!!!!!  Taste good thou

We ordered a #3 and #5 both only the sandwich. A soda and a strawberry shake. 
We waited at least 20m. The #3 was just warm. The #5 was a little warmer. They took and served d/t with the counters food and the dozen people and to wait. I saw the grill area  take a sandwich back that drive had ordered did something to it and put it back. It wasn't ordered for them. It was counters. My shake wasn't any better. It was 1/2 melted by the time I got.
We will NEVER stop there again. We wanted a change from the same old and was totally let down.

Absolutely the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Ordered our food and then watched the entire staff stand around and talk and do nothing to prepare anyone's food. Waited about 25 mins before we asked for our money back and the manager took forever to come over to give us our money and then was stank and rude to us even more. THEY SUCKED

Food is good, service is not so good.  But the closest Hardee's restaurants to Menomonie are over 20 miles away, and I don't have a car.
