minutes to get 3 of the $5 meals at 8pm. Then the guy has the nerve to apologise for it taking so long because "they are busy". We were the only ones in there and there might have been two cars go through the drive thru. This Hardee's being called a fast food restaurant is an oxymoron.

Though the biscuits are the same as what makes Hardee's famous the service is the worst, particularly on the weekends. You would think after being here for ever they could figure it out.

The cashier walked off as we approached. The manager and others were looking over us and continuing to chat. While my husband waited, I went to the restroom. When I returned I finally asked the manager if they were taking orders or not. Instead of her taking our order, she went and found the cashier on break and we ended up getting our food after being there about 30 minutes!

Have food already SITTING under the warmer by the time they serve out it's already cold. Rude cashiers a lot of them just standing around. Manager very unprofessional.

Got 2, $5 meals. Including chilli dogs , ham & cheese, and double cheeseburger. The only thing edible was the fresh fries
The ham and cheese was so old and hard that I wouldn't feed it to my dog.
