Their chicken strips are the BEST! However, the staff is quite often preoccupied and do not properly fulfill orders. I've been through here a quite a few times just to get the chicken strips). Last two times they missed items in my order and had to go in and tell them that they totally forgot to fulfill one whole order! This last time was the straw that broke the back! They were so chatty that they forgot one of our 5 piece chicken strips order in total!

Food was ok, could have been cleaner. There was a definite funk to the lobby. Maybe they hadn't changed the mop water recently?
