Food simply was not good. Burger meat taste like a turkey burger. Fries are not good. Best thing bout the meal was the coke. Just avoid this place , I know I will in the future.

Totally amazing. I'd never bother to review a place like this, but I'm consistently amazed with how low a fast food place can fall. Order messed up? Too bad! It's not the problem of these top-tier burger titans. Thanks for the money sucker. After all of the bull, they still got my order wrong. Outrageous. I'll just cook my own lunch from now on.

The last 3 times I’ve eaten here has been a bad experience. Food that I order is never correct . The staff seems very confused about what their job is and what is next to do . When I told them the ketchup was out at the service bar they pulled a box from under the counter and put it on the counter and said he you go . The 20 minutes I was there no one replaced the ketchup and it was not busy . The place had trash all over the restaurant. I ordered breakfast one morning and ordered two sausage and egg biscuits no cheese and an orange juice. What I got was a soda cup and 2 sausage biscuits with very little egg ( 10 years ago it was not like this , you got a lot of really fluffy egg ) so i was surprised to get the cup for soda and as he handed me my food i said that i ordered an orange juice and he said they were out that’s why he gave me the cup . So why didn’t he say that ? The last time I was in there I used the restroom and the sink did not work ! So I go to the front to tell them and they are arguing over an order that some one brought back in because it was not correct. (2pm and not busy ) so I stand there waiting for someone to talk to me and find out if I’m ordering which I was not but wanted to tell them that the sink was not working and they were out of paper towels in the men’s room. After 8 minutes someone finally asked to help me and I told them what the bathroom situation was and the walked to the back immediately and disappeared with out saying anything me . I watched to see if someone went to the restroom to fix or look at the problem for about 5 minutes and no one did . Please fix this horrible situation! People should avoid this place and the others in Greensboro NC !

I am sitting at hardees as I am writing this review. First observation about this establishment was when I went to place my order. The guy lady at the counter seem irritated. I waited for about 14 minutes for my food since I was dinning in. Once my food was brought to me they forgot about two extra items that I had order. I am do not recommend anyone to eat at this place at all. Please go somewhere else.

They got my order wrong after repeating my order over and over and that is why I did not give 5 stars. Could have been a bad day or misunderstanding b/c other times i've visited they were nice, friendly, and on point
