New chicken sandwich. Messy and the chicken was sooooo tough it was hard to chew. I finally gave up..

I recently dined at the critically acclaimed Hardee's of Monticello. It was an excellent display of service and organization. From the moment when my collegues and I FINALLY got our food we were very underwhelmed. Overall I do not recommend this place by and means of ones imagination.

Not happy with the biscuits and gravy it was not Hardee's biscuits and gravy that all of them have and the service was lousy
