After a long road trip and or first stop in NC, the brewed a fresh pot of coffee for us, and courteous and attentive service. Food taste great.

Horribly slow service, pull up to the drive thru and they make you feel like you ar wasting their time. Lately the order is ALWAYS WRONG. I only have 30 min for lunch and 15 of them is sitting in line just for the order to be wrong. Sadly there aren't many options in the area.

Wrong drink. Sloppy sandwich. Snappy responses from cashier. No wonder your rating is so low. You should be polite to  people who choose Hardee's. 
Especially in this small podunk town.

The jalapeño cheese burger was nothing like the picture, the burger itself was dry and tastless.  No napkins were in the bag.  Won't stop there again, ever.
