Over the past 10 months I have gone in the restaurant to eat and waited 45 minutes to get good when I was one of 5-6 groups in there. I have also gotten the wrong meal going through the drive through. On top of that each car sits at the window for a good 5 minutes before getting their food. I no longer can go there if I'm in a hurry as "fast-food" does not accurately describe them. Disappointing because I rather enjoy their food.

I haven't visited Hardee's Restaurant in probably over a year, and was so looking forward Big  Beef, and curly fries. Well RB was good as expected, but the fries, well they can keep them, not worth the price, sorry!

Food always tastes great. Always friendly staff. 4 out of 5 starts only because it always takes a bit longer then it should to get my food there.

The food isn't disappointing, but the service can be slow. Whomever they choose to work the drive through window is always upbeat, nice, and professional! I have never been through there drive through when the employees are rude or unfriendly like the other drive through fast food. They are in a tight race with Taco John when it comes to which one has the best customer service when going through drive thru in my opinion.

Hardee's in Watford doesn't have the pork chop and gravy biscuit, fried pork chop biscuit, or the chicken ,bacon, Swiss biscuit. When I asked they said these were only available in the southern stores. Why even bother having a Hardee's without their best menu items. Never going back. I disappointed.
