Awful service! I arrive well past the time for change over from Breakfast to Lunch only to find the menus in the drive through still showing Breakfast items.  When I asked if they could switch it I was rudely laughed at and told no but that they would describe what they had to me. This is UNACCEPTABLE!  On top of this nonsense the speaker was damaged to where it was barely audible so if they had described the menu I couldn't see, I wouldn't be able to hear it well either!  Frustrated I told them I would come inside, upset because I wasn't dressed to be inside of a busy eatery to begin with.  Once inside I was then greeted with more breakfast menus! When I asked if they'd turn these around they laughed and joked as if my time meant nothing to them.  The manager very rudely suggested that he would deal with me as if I was some kind of problem customer.if you did your jobs correctly and effectively you wouldn't have had any problems to begin with.  After leaving this awful place I had to call them over twenty times to get them to answer and then spend five minutes talking trash about me on the line while they "supposedly" looked for the store number so that I can file a formal complaint with customer service.  Both Lake Taylor and the Manager known as Dharmendra were both very toxic during this whole encounter and will be reported Monday when the customer service lines are back open.  Apart from that I will never eat at this hell hole again, I hope the jokes you thought were funny are still as funny now.

Horrible. Sickening. Burger was cold, small and tasted like it was worse than dog food would probably taste. Actually, I wouldn't give it to my dog. Had to throw them away. Oh, onion rings were ice cold too. Do yourself a big favor and avoid Hardies at all costs. This is the second location we tried. Both horrible. Never again.

Food was horrible...ordered a chicken taco salad....which I have ordered before and this one came with a few pieces of chicken, some cheese, lettuce and a few tomatoes...looked liked it had been leftovers from someone else...as it was very small portion from what I generally get.  2 days later tried to order breakfast burritos only to be told they don't have those...I KNOW I HAVE gotten those before at this location.  service is bad and food is horrible...don't waste your time or money here

It was great the food was hot and neat I  got the new Slider it was done quickly. It was a great price for the size.

Our first visit here. Nice place cool staff and food was very good, reasonable prices too.
