Ive  Never had a problem. I moved here from grayson county 5 years ago.. and they gave me no issues what so ever. they are always nice to me..

Wanted over $100 to put my wife's name on the car title with mine, never had to pay a dime when it involved immediate family in Russell County. Told them I'd just wait till I moved back to Russell County and change it since I was in the process of moving now. This is the most greedy god forsaken place I've ever seen in my life!!!

I had trouble registering a vehicle secondary to an insurance company "glitch" (their word).  I called the Hardin County Clark office twice regarding this problem and both women who answered the phone were very polite, patient and helpful.
