I first went to this office back in august for a toothache i was having. When i arrived i was greeted by the lady up front she seemed very busy but gave me the attention i needed. She got me signed in and i didnt have to wait very long before i was taken back to be seen. I have a very bad gag reflex but the lady who took my x-ray was very patient and walked me through the process so that we were successful in getting what she needed. I was then taken to a different room were i was seen by the doctor. He greeted me with a smile and started discussing what was going on with the tooth. He then was able to treat my problem THE SAME DAY and i was out of pain by the time the numbness was gone. A month later i came back and had a check up done. I Love this office and the staff!!!!

My opinion and situation with this dentist is well below poor rating. I went in with a tooth ache and was not explained that I had an option to get my tooth pulled or get a root canal then have my crown replaced. I was told a yr ago i may need my crown replaced but not last week when I went in. I went in last week and there was no mention of anything being done to my crown. I received treatment of my root canal by another dentist who was wonderful. I go back to Mr. Brown office after i made appointment for permanent filing, then he tries to replace my crown im like whats going on then he goes to explain that he told me last year. I never went to dentistry school so how am i suppose to know this. Long story short he didn't advice me i could have pulled the tooth for $28. My root canal cost me $380 and he wanted to replace my crown for $350+.. It's close to Christmas I have 5 kids and the economy is bad I'm sure everyone know If given the info I would have opt to have the tooth pulled. He had the nerve to call me a liar because he didn't follow his practice of notifying a patient of full treatment. Therefore I have removed myself and my kids from being his patient. I feel he didn't inform therefore I'm going else where. Good Luck with this one People!!
