It is a horrible place to live. My kids and I are currently being discriminated against. They are currently treating drug dealers families better then ours in my opinion. I was just told that my son looks like a kid on a video rummaging through a car. What exactly does that mean. My children have never been arrested. The white kids here have criminal records and when u show them proof they act like you are wrong for not risking your own safety or your own childrens safety. They have an increasing level of violence here. I feel bad for the elderly people. The new management has very poor people and communication skills. She is also very rude. If u have bi racial children or black children I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to live. Every time something happens here they blame it on the kids across the highway and never investigate anything. They believe hear say and not facts. I have been here 6 years. 3 rental managers later they have yet to do anything positive for our youth or elderly people here. They don't do their jobs and then want to fault the tenants. There was a 36% water bill increase this year already. I could go on for days but honestly believe what u want.

Clean, Quiet, and well-organized! good neighbors around! I think its nice place to live

Been here 18 years! Really Nice place  To live,  but hoping they keep it more affordable  for its Seniors  etc.

Police are always in and out. It seems pretty quiet though otherwise.
