Completed an online request for services for my child and was told to contact them in a few weeks to they could re-forward my request.  I have never heard of such a thing.

I wrote an email asking to schedule an appointment. I got an email asking for a few details about myself, was told once they received that info it would be forwarded to a psychologist and they would call me in 24-48 hours. I responded immediately. This was a Thursday by Wednesday I heard nothing. So I emailed again asking if they had gotten my info. The email response was that no psychologist had any available appointments so if I was still interested in a few weeks to forward my info again and they would see if they had anything available. I could not believe it! I have never had a professional office ever completely ignore me yet tell me I have to resubmit my info if I want an appointment in a few weeks! Especially for a psychology appointment.

I'm very happy with the therapist I am seeing, and the friendly and professional staff!
