Better suited for the college students that live here. Apartment was nothing like the model, ask to see an apartment before you sign. “Renovate as needed” means a lot of original parts are still intact and likely that rent increases if renos are needed.

Ants and flying ants present prior to moving in, toilets overflow, vents connected so smoke from neighbors enters apartment, cabinets fill with water when using dryer (had to buy a pantry instead). Also cracks and damage in kitchen floor prior to move in.

Unfortunately I was swept away by the model and was told that every apartment looks like it, not the case! The appliances are out of date, the bathroom is very old and small; the door will hit you if you’re on the toilet! I would not suggest these apartments for a family, it is meant for a single person. Since the apartment is right by a main road there’s alot of noise from traffic and there’s always super loud noise from the trash man that never fails to wake my baby up ☹️. I could on about the negatives seeing as how the only thing that has been a positive is that there’s a washer and dryer in unit.
