I had ordered an arrangement for my grandmother. When Flower Barn delivered it to the nursing home, they were told that she could not accept it because some of the components were not permitted in the resident rooms. Flower Barn called me and said they were going to go back to the store to make a special arrangement for Grandma that would include beautiful holiday flowers that could be placed in her room. What great customer service! I will definitely order from Flower Barn again.

Barry Deuel, and Harlan Flower Barn, were beyond thoughtful in their service and floral arranging to accommodate our meaningful gift.

We were very specific in what we were wanting to bestow to a family that is very dear to us at their time of loss. Such a sensitive time for everyone; and, our intention was to have a unique, modern arrangement that tenderly conveyed hope...capturing our presence despite not being able to attend the services.

Barry, and his designer, worked well into the evening to achieve just what we had requested...our last text at 11:24 p.m., CST -- such QUINTESSENTIAL service and care!

There is an old adage..."when words fail, flowers speak". Thank you for helping us to speak, when we truly did not know what to say or how to comfort.

To have received a text from the family, immediately following the committal service, thanking us for the "beautiful, touching" arrangement...really, says it all -- thank you so, so kindly!

You left us wishing you had a location 35 miles west of Chicago in our quaint and lovely town of St. Charles, IL!

The older gentlemen working there was really nice. They didn't have a big selection of flowers but what they did have was nice and well priced. Sort of an odd store; they have men's clothing, a lot of apparel promoting the local high school sports teams, flowers and plants, wine, and other odds and ends. It was easy to find and spot from the street.
