Front desk staff, the people of the phone and the optometrist are friendly and professional, with the exception of the lady at the back, where you look at glasses. She does not know how to talk professionally. You have to wait in the hallway to browse the glasses if there's another person signing out. Not like the room is tiny to fit only 1 customer at a time. They also don't have a good selection of glasses there.
