Called the bakery with a asap order of 30 cup cakes. They got it done so fast and they tasted amazing. Really saved us and the people were super nice. I love the produce here it's always fresh. The employees are always super nice and friendly. Plus they support local farmers which is awesome.

My wife and I love Harmons! They offer great food, healthier choices and great deals. We shop there about twice a week. The staff is usually really friendly, however, the last 3 or 4 times my wife has dealt with the most unprofessional, grumpiest lady ever! (I am not sure of her name, but to put it nicely, she looks like a drag-queen). After the first horrible incident, we wrote it off, assuming she may have just been having a bad day....oh boy were we wrong! Every single time, without fail, if we are stuck dealing with her at the self check out line, we are treated like scum of the earth! We own our own business in town, so we are very well aware of how important it is to treat EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER like we would want to be treated, like gold, like they are your lively-hood of making money!! This last incident, that happened this morning, just set me over the edge! My wife, with her 3 month old baby, was at the self check out and she had some heavy water bottle pallets, among other things, and she kindly asked for help from the witch - she avoided eye contact with everyone so my wife had to walk up to her to ask for help. She rolled her eyes, walked half way over to where my wife's cart was and in a very demeaning tone of voice, said, "Well, you need to lift it up and scan it! We don't have a gun to scan it!", sighed then walked away....Are you serious!? My wife was super embarrassed due to the fact that everyone looked over because the lady wouldn't even walk all the way over to help! My wife that just had a baby a few months ago can't get any help! My wife literally tried(s) to avoid this woman this morning and every time she sees her! How sad is that!! I assume this lady is the same lady that another few people wrote reviews about recently. Do yourself a favor Harmon's and put her to work pushing carts, sweeping, warehouse duties....Anything that DOESN'T include face to face contact with customers...it really puts a "bad taste" in my mouth going there. No one should worry about dealing with a certain cashier every time they go shopping.....

I love my Harmon's on 700 S in St George. What I don't love is the Nazi cashier Nora that works at the self checkout. She's rude and hollers at customers to scan this and do that. Super annoying. She hollered at me again yesterday to scan the dressing cup. I told her I will because I remember the last time she reminded me. She just turned and walked away in a huff. She's been there forever and a day and I'm sure her customer service skills will never change. Contrast that to Ginger at the mail center... Super friendly and efficient. Love her can do attitude. She's an asset for sure...

When it comes to customer service at the St George Harmons, Its hit or miss. Last time I went it was pretty good service. Today... Not impressed. But generally, Harmons is a good choice. Nice selection of organic produce and after extensive research, Harmons is the only chain store that I will buy meat. The store is well organized and its always a clean store. Just hope you go on a day that the employees are in a good mood or at least act like they want to be there.

Very clean Store. Great selections. The Floor Associates are Helpful and very Friendly. Cashier's need some work on Customer service. I definitely prefer the Harmons in Santa Clara.
