The big guy behind the counter could not identify my rx bin number. He made me call the insurance company, instead of determining it for me, or calling the company on my behalf. Thanks for not being my advocate. I ended up going without my inhaler because he could not determine the correct insurance billing number, and my insurance company couldn't provide what he wanted.

The pharmacist at the South Jordan, UT Harmon's is extremely rude. He treats his customers poorly and calls them names in front of other customers. The staff can't get a prescription correct if they tried. They called several times asking questions about the prescription only to get it wrong and miss quote the price twice. Then when I returned the pharmacy's call I was told by the pharmacist that I'm a nuisance to him and his staff. DO NOT SHOP THIS LOCATION! They do not care about you or your illness. They only care about filling the normal everyday prescriptions that they can do in their sleep. If they are challenged with an unusual request they will FAIL, call you names and force you to go elsewhere.

Nothing but good experiences. They know me by name, have found less expensive ways to fill my prescriptions and are always willing to answer questions.
