I always come here frequently since 2013. My favorite salon. They treat me good. Great customer service. With awesome low prices.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Honestly the worst service I've ever seen in my life... you buy cheap, you get cheap I guess.

I went to do a keratin treatment and the people over there is really nice. I did the treatment like 3 weeks ago. When I left my hair was wonderful. But after the 1st wash my hair is falling out like crazy. It's horrible. I'm leaving hairs everywhere. My bed, my clothes and when I wash it it's even worse. I feel I'm going bald.

There is a lady who works there (white longgggg hair) who thinks she owns the world. She provides 0 customer service and for some reason the owner has her at the front working at the register. 
I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with her on a daily basis. 
While I was getting my keratin treatment applied to my hair, she walked up to the employee and said "Apurate, because I am not going to be here all night".
Funny that she thought I didn't hear her. 
In regards to the product used on my hair. It absolutely FRIED my hair.
Never. EVER. Going back!
