Living not to far from here I visit it quite often. Walking around the marsh you're sure to see lots of birds. We've seen alligators as well. It's about a 5 mile walk all the way around. It is direct sunlight the whole time, but it is well worth it. There are no restrooms.

Good for short bike ride. Some places path is a little rough. Good hiking. No buildings, bathroom, or shelters. I didn't, but can fish there.

An undiscovered gem. Always lots of birds to see. One of my favorite sanctuaries. There are eagles here, and a few glossy ibises here!

Not much natural land left for animals around here or people to visit and enjoy. So this place truly is an amazing sight to see. Especially  in world full of nothing but hustle and bustle.

Lovely place for a walk with lots of birds. No facilities and no shade, however. You also need to know where you are going to get there. Google Maps knows the way.
