We take our four children here. The staff are kind, patient and knowledgeable. If you want to be seen by a specific doctor, you must request that doctor. Ask questions if you need clarification when making appointments and the staff will gladly answer any questions. We've never had a problem that wasn't easily and quickly resolved with clear communication. The office uses MyWVUChart which is super convenient for making appointments, checking on prescriptions and sending messages to the doctor and staff. Most importantly, the doctors and staff sincerely care about the patients. Our doctor takes her time with us and the staff are always doing their best to make us comfortable if there is a wait. I highly recommend!

Wait weeks for an appointment to see your doctor then on the day of your appointment find out the appointment is scheduled with a different doctor. Could have not waited weeks and seen a different doctor the next day.

I have taken my toddler here since birth and while we appreciate the care and attention from the provider we seen, we have always endured 30-45 minute wait times. This is very difficult with a child.

Typically great staff however our experience with Nurse Practitioner Sara Dickey was so terrible we almost questioned finding a new doctors office. We did complain and the management acknowledged previous complaints, however unfortunately she is still there. Very rude and unprofessional person, we just go out of our way to ask for anyone but her.
