I bought $100 (one fresh $100 bill) worth of five dollar chips at a roulette table to start off my night. After about 3 rolls the dealers switched. The table wasn't really working out how I wanted it to, so decided to cash out. The new dealer handed me four $5 chips to cash in at the cashier cage. Thinking maybe this was some kind of designator, I reluctantly went to the cashier, and they handed me a $20 bill. I had to get the chips back, go back to the table, and tell the new dealer to swap out my chips. He said that I gave him twenty $1 chips. I had to call over a pit boss to review the tapes, and after 45 mins of looking like a jackass on my honeymoon I was able to leave. Never an apology, never an incentive to recoup business.

Huge variety of slots which I love... And the ability to order drinks right from your slot machine instead of waiting for a waitress was huge! Decent buffet... A few Cajun items but would have loved more

The place to go to and enjoy. Small but grea t casino to play.  Employees are great.  Bar is very nice with prompt  Bartenders.  Love it

Great fun environment to bet. The only thing I wouldn't bet on is the free beverage of choice advertised. You have the option to gamble and order from the slot machine, but guarantee that it will take longer than playing three to four slots before you get your drink. If you get your drink from the bar, it costs. Free drinks cost your patience.

Hi travel-family, my wife and I again, was down here, and had a pretty-good time. We didn't always win, but the food at the restaurant there are great. We had comps, so the meals where free (well maybe not free, we play to eat). The employees are always smiling & helpful. I wish that this casino has in Chicago.
