Pros: The rooms are very nice and clean, and all of the staff is wonderful and friendly. Valet service is complimentary (tip well!) Cute pool & hot tub. Great views of the river. Even in the smoking part of the casino the cigarette smell isn't overpowering. Cons: not much to do but gamble, no live entertainment. Food places are open unpredictable hours. The only restaurant open past 9pm is frankly kinda grungy/gross. Decor is not on theme like most of the other casinos in Laughlin. Too far from the "main drag".

We went on a invite. Unless you rent a car or walk to public transport you are captive. The cafe food was the most expensive I've seen for a cafe and casino, $17. For burger no fries! The waitress Christine was a rock star making us as comfortable as she could. The front desk offers no business services, and the gift shop employees were for the most part very unfriendly. But knowing all this I would go again but more prepared.

Lovely view from our Suite, laid by the pool, also went to beach, also went into the hot tub. Our hostess was superb, we were treated excellent. She gave us some amenities. I would highly recommend Harrah's in Laughlin Nevada. We have been going there since 2002 and we plan on continuing visiting Harrah in Laughlin Nevada. We Love the scenery, we love the dry heat. Because in Oklahoma we have so much humidity. I would recommend this place to anyone. Since 2002 we have been assigned two three different Casino Host, 1 was no longer there, and the other gentleman that took her place he got promoted, and now we have a lovely lady who is our hostess. And I would recommend this place to anyone

Travel to this Hotel for my Fourth of July weekend. It was a pleasant visit. I must admit the view from my room was breath taking. Not only that, but this hotel has a special lake/pool for adults. It made me feel I was away in a mini vacation in Mexico for spring break. Also the bar has great varieties of drinks. I'll be definitely be coming back.

The cocktail servers are horrible here. Spent a whole night here with zero cocktail service. Moved to the bar, better service, limited gaming. Plus I has the joy of hearing the cocktail waitress (katie) complain about customers, EVERY SINGLE VISIT TO THE BAR. If you hate your job so much, please quit! Neither the bar tender, or the floor manager seemed to be concerned..but as a service industry worker on vacation, the last thing I want to hear is server drama. Probably should just stay up in my room tomorrow, or go next door. Buffet was nice.
