Rooms are a bit dated but overall pretty nice, especially if you can get one with a balcony. The Steakhouse is a definite must if you are looking for an upscale restaurant to have a wonderful dining experience. Also, all of the personnel we had any interaction with were extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend Harrah's Reno to anyone.

Brunch is better just about anywhere else. The last 3 times I've gone in for brunch they haven't had Eggs Benedict. How can you claim you have brunch without a staple brunch item? Bad enough when they do have it you've got less than an hour from opening to fight everyone else for the Benedict's. The gravy is probably from a can, with little flavor and pretty thin. I like their dinner buffet ave its more consistent.

The rooms were decent. They weren't dirty but the lighting of the room made it seem very dim and mucky. Room service ladies were very kind and polite. The hotel overall was very quiet, which I enjoyed for this stay. Not too many people on the floors of the casino so if you want a more quiet and calm casino I'd recommend Harrah's.

Definitely an older property, so the architecture is unique and seems disjointed. Casino is on multiple levels in two buildings and it's clear February is the slow season, since they were closing sections of the casino for maintenance. Some of the areas seemed neglected, while others were more modern. Rooms were clean and spacious, but also an older style. Maintenance issues were handled promptly, and the staff was always friendly. Good selection of restaurants on property, with great quality. Would stay again.

I had the time of my life when I recently stayed at Harrah's Reno Hotel and Casino from 1/07/18 to 1/13/18. When I arrived at check in via their complimentary limo shuttle service ,I was given a free bottle of water to satiate my thirst after such a long trek from the east coast. They then gave me a very nice a room with a king sized bed ,flat screen ,TV and other amenities with a beautiful panoramic view of the biggest little city in the world Reno ,Nevada and the surrounding mountains . They have some exceptional resturants here and I highly recommend Cravings Buffet where they have an impressive miscellany of different foods from that consists of brunch, lunch ,and dinner depending in the time if day that is sure to give you an inimitable gustatory experience. In addition they have a large arcade room , countless slot machines for gambling, pool tables ,bars ,and the Club Sapphire Lounge . If you are in the mood for shows , they have a magic show featuring Eli Kerr , and a burlesque show with ,a bevy of curvy ,ravishing, jocular, sexy, and sophisticated, women performing in a show called Essence . Just make sure to book your stay on Saturdays ,since this is the only night that both of these shows take place on . Also the ticket booth is only open on Thursday evenings. My stay at this hotel was certainly more expensive that I thought ,however I would definitely be more than willing to stay at this fine establishment again and that it more than worthy of it's four star rating.
