This is an absolutely disgusting hospital and the business office is horribly managed. They are never at the phones and do NOT return phone calls. This place is shameful.

This hospital is the worst I have ever been to.  They insisted I needed glasses when I have a terrible eye pain.  Went to eye specialist next day to determine I had metal in my eye and Harrington insisted I had to pay services to tell me pain was due to needing glasses.  Worse care and have heard of many other stories from other people

Needs some improvement, nursing staff and doctors plus's security staff are fantastic. But behavioural staff side is not really reliable, always canceling appointments, Furthermore the director of the Southbridge site doesn't have any Personality, and diiscriminates against others problems. Really unprofessional.  But because of the way he is they moved him up.
