Yesterday I had the ""pleasure"" of meeting Deputy R. Lozano.  I already knew what was wrong...  Deputy Lozano is a considerate and professional man.  He clearly explained the violation.
When he handed me the citation, bless his heart, I talked his ear off and he patiently listened to me.
He demonstrates the values and ethics of Pct. 5.

Lazy?

Im having trouble with my ex,  she denies my visits with my daughter every time. i originally spoke to a precinct 4 constable about this and they said they would be able to meet me at her home and observe and write a report for me to use in court to enforce my visits. then after giving them the address, we found out it was precinct 5's jurisdiction and not 4's, so they couldn't help and i called precinct 5. they wouldn't help unless a judge ordered them too. based on what ive heard from HPD, other constables and Sheriffs, this was just them being lazy. precinct 5, we are a good area, so please give us some help, dont let your unwillingness hurt our community.

I wanted to write to you about one of your deputies...all I know is his first name is Philly.  A few months ago he assisted with a medical emergency at my home in Lakeville.  He was most helpful in getting my wife to the emergency room at the hospital.

Ever since, when he cruises the neighborhood he always stops to ask how she is doing.  He goes above and beyond anything we might expect from law enforcement.  I'm sorry to hear there may be a change in protection to the Harris County Sheriff's Department the end of this month.  My wife and I will miss seeing Philly during our walks around the lake every night.

He is a tribute to your department.  We wish him every success in the future.

I wished the police was not lazy it's because I called in because I got some neighbor's they leave the dog's barking all night & everyday but the police is not helpful that sucks
