Extremely horrible experience very rude and customer service. Absolute Monopoly very unfortunate you don't have multiple options to go to. The absolute worst company I've ever dealt with in my tire life. If you have any other options strongly advise you to exercise those options

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is HORRENDOUS! I have had billing issues 4 different times in 2 and a half years, and it takes DAYS before I am able to speak to someone. When I finally get to speak with someone, they are extremely rude. Any other option would be better than choosing them as a service provider.

These folks are rude and I have had to wait in the office while they were on a personal cell phone call.

I have been calling this number for 5 days in a row the phone is busy 24/7 every day of the week. How are working people suppose to move their services if the people take the phone off the hook so you cannot talk to them a load  of BS but that is MUD, But they turn your service off in heart beat.

I never get a water bill from these people and when I call them they tell me it has been mailed. I have a right to receive a bill for my water. These people are very rude.
