First time here and five stars hands down. the guy in front of me who was nice mind you, proceeded to lick the strip on his credit card before then swiping it through the reader because he thought that would make the card reader read his card finally...well, I told the lady (somewhat jokingly) if she req'd that I too run my card through the reader after he did then I would call and cancel my card and get a new one. well, she without hesitation instead just typed my card numbers so i didnt have to swipe after that guy, eww. yeah five stars, AND the constable/sheriff/deputy guy at the entrance..super chill and very nice to speak to. Fri. afternoon is a good time to go, not too long of a wait.

I've been coming here to get my car registration sticker for years and there's usually very minimal wait times. This past week, a very nice lady working with txDOT was asking everybody what car they drive, because of defective airbags that have been recalled and need to be replaced. Turns out my car is on the list, and she scheduled to have my airbags replaced for free at the dealership! I was very impressed by the concern they are showing toward each and every customer who goes there to renew registration.

The window clerk helping me gave me an attitude the whole time. When I asked her questions she would just laugh and shake her head. At least the police officers gave me advice on my situation.
