Reviews
This review is for Harris Remodeling/Giada Construction, considering I contacted Harris but all the work was performed through Giada. The work was good but not exceptional. I was expecting more project management from them but this was not the case; mostly because of poor communication. Responses to my questions were short and usually lacking information, which prompted several more emails to get my questions answered. No real design advice was offered, which is what we wanted in a “remodeling” company. They ended up being more of an a la carte construction company. Also, they had to come back after the work was “finished” to fix some things that weren’t correct, such as our lights being installed in the incorrect locations, not removing a ceiling fan that was supposed to be removed, and painting over several outlets when painting the cabinets. There is still some over spray of paint on the floor tile that we will have to take care of ourselves and, somehow, when they were the only ones in the house, a mirror was broken and they would not replace it. If our project had actually been managed or monitored, we might have had a less frustrating experience.
