Not too big good for exercising though has a nice playground for kids

While this park could do with a bit of an update, the playground is a fun throwback, with a great old metal slide, and lots of sturdy wood play spaces for kids to explore. Recently, some of the more precarious boards were replaced, making the playground look and feel much safer. There are nice spaces for family events and the spaces around the river are great for wading and splashing.

Love this park, I grew up in Watkinsville and have gone here on countless occasions. With an awesome playground, swings, an amazing scenic walk through the woods and a pleasant creek there is plenty to do. Even has a BBQ pit you can really get cooking at!

A fine city park with a great play area, covered benches, a creek and shoals to play in. A great spot for a birthday or reunion.
