Well stocked, clean, deli and hot food bar always looks good. I love that they have a beer den and the den master, Matt, is very knowledgeable and willing to share what he knows. They also carry Ace Hard Cider,  which is delicious and a local brew made in Cary,  Fortnight English Style Ales.

The place is well stocked. The seafood market has choices. The bakery is really good. They have decent bread choices. The place is much better organised and spacious compared to other locations in the area.

My husband and I went to this location and were being assisted at the bakery. We asked for one of the mega cupcakes and the employee went to the back to find a box evidently. However, he didn't return. We watched him walk to another part of the store and asked where our cupcake was, then he responded that he couldn't find a box for it so he wasn't planning on telling us. The customer service at this Harris Teeter is the worst we've encountered. The Harris Teeter on Kildaire Farm Road has never given us issues and we will return to that one, even though it's further from our new place. Teach your employees some customer service skills.

the layout was weird it took me forever to find the produce but the staff was nice. this isnt a critique but why do yall have a bar lmaoo

Typicially I stay away from Harris Teeter but after one visit, I'm loving this location. Staff is incredibly friendly and hilarious. Prices of things marked down are very reasonable.
