It was fine until the check out. Never going back. They are not set for actual grocery shopping, it's more of a "let me grab a few things on the way home". We had to get to the back of a really long line just to wait to get to a lone for a register.  By the way, there are NO signs saying you have to do this, this is just what we were told we had to do when we went to pick a line to stand in. There is no conveyer belt and the cashier just takes your cart and scans each item and bags it up. Then there is a spinning part of the bagging area that mashed our groceries together because she we had no where to put them until she emptied the cart. So our bags went for a nice ride in a circle until we had to ask her to stop the thing from spinning. The cashier was nice and it wasn't her fault. I just don't understand how they have this ridiculous set up and still have customers. I guess it's because of the young wealthy people living nearby and just don't really know any better. NEVER going back again.  Giant is much better, prices are better, and their self scanning makes checkout literally a few minutes.

This was my first visit to this location. And my first time actually buying groceries from Harris Teeter. Everything was easy to find and staff was super friendly when I asked for help finding things. There were several different brand options for each item which was really nice. The best part of the shopping trip was when we got to check out and did the self checkout. AnnMarie was so sweet and helpful! Those machines didn’t like that we wanted to use our own bags so she kept helping us. When it came time to pay and asked for the rewards card we didn’t know we needed one and she scanned her card for us and it took our total price from $90 down to $78. I’ve never seen that kind of savings at another grocery store. We quickly went to the customer service desk to get a card and Susan was so pleasant and helpful. It was an all around great experience!

This grocery store is a step up. You will find in certain areas Harris Teeter has some top shelf products you won't find in Giant or Safeway. More Gourmet type products.

I will do all my future purchases at this location.  I was in line to do a self check out and Annemarie was extremely helpful kind and generous with her time. Before checking out she made sure that we took advantage of the rewards card that saved us $22 on our purchases.  Thank You Harris Teeter for hiring Annemarie because she truly sets a high bar on how to treat customers as valued people.

I gets lots of food from here. Its great and always clean. Great associates, the only problem are the sucky customers.
