My only complaint is that the produce dept could be better stocked with fresher items. That said, staff is friendly, selection throughout the store is good, and self checkout is professionally handled. One of the top stores in Chapel Hill / Carrboro, but not number one.

Groceries are good. But never enough lanes open. 4-5 people in line at every register every single time I'm here. Once the self checkout lady asked me to go through self checkout with a full cart even though I obviously had too many groceries to fit on that little bagging space. I expect better from a place that has such high prices.

I ordered online food, received confirmation by email. Came to get my order, waited 15 minutes and no one can find my order. When found, the price rose about 300%. I was shocked and left my purchases.I was after work and again went to work. Please respect the time of visitors.I recommend for customers checks the prices in invoice.

Friendly staff and clean store but the prices are usually far higher (sometimes double) than you can find at Food Lion or Walmart. For a store that markets itself as slightly better quality the self checkout is embarrassing. Broken and old terminals with no chip readers in a crowded section. Even the aforementioned stores have modern POS terminals. Parking is extremely crowded at peak times too so you may have to park quite a distance away.
