Sarah was very helpful in my home buying experience. Fast was my priority and she helped me jump through each step as quickly as possible. I had just moved to town and was living in a hotel while my wife and kids were in another state until I could get a home and move my family back with me. Very   satisfied with the result that she pulled off. She's also a very friendly and personable agent that thoroughly communicated with all the parties involved and was on top of the few delays and problems that came up. I also used her because she grew up here in Butte and intimately knows the area and is widely known throughout the community. Thanks Sarah!

Harrison Ave Realty did a wonderful job at both finding me a new home and selling my existing home. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They put a lot of effort into selling my home and kept me well informed. I would highly recommend their services.

Our experience working with Sarah Smith of Harrison Avenue Realty has been great!  Sarah has been available to us whenever my wife and I have had questions about the buying/selling process. She has been very aggressive in marketing our home, using all channels available, from social media to radio ads.  With the traffic she generated for the home we are currently selling, we received our first offer two weeks after listing it!  Great service!
