Knowledgeable techs. They have always come out the same day of my call. Several people in my community use them for routine service. Harrison always give me a heads up if something appears to be wearing out and how to prolong the life of my unit.

Excellent Service! We had owned our home in Smithfield since 2006 and had used Harrison Mechanical every year for our Fall and Spring HVAC preventive maintenance and service checks. We have an upstairs and downstairs unit and have been pleased with the services provided over the years. Now that we are selling our home we are recommending Harrison Mechanical to the new owners.

Horrible service....do not trust these incompetent people. NoNE of their workers know what they are doing!!

Husband set up appointment and was told it would be $89.00 to trouble shoot and fix minor issue with wring for thermostat. They came out fixed it and and charged me $110.00. Beware of being ripped off.

They have been out here off and on for about a month and the unit keeps shutting down and they admitted to ordering and installing the wrong part! They would NOT be my personal choice, I rent so it's not my decision.
