Cute Park just behind the main shopping area of Ellijay.  It has a mile loop for walkers and runners alike to enjoy.  As of this post renovations and new elements will be added to the park but are meant to only add to the charm of the spot.

Harrison park is a very nice new park in Ellijay. There are flat walking trails of various lengths 1.0, 1/2, and 1/4 mile. About 1/3 of the trails are along the Ellijay river. There are 2 picnic tables and about 6 benches. There are currently port-a-potties. There are plans for improvements and I look forward to them.

We went to the Hallowern Event. What a great experience!! We had a blast!

Gorgeous place to run and bring pets to exercise. Very well kept. The city is getting ready to build restrooms. There are 2 port-o-lets and a large port-o-let in the mean time.

Had a blast at the chili cook off!

My dog and I LOVE this park!! It's open so you can see and feel safe. There's some access to water with the river so in the summer she can cool off. We go nearly every day.

Cute park with nice gravel walking paths.

A lovely park to visit; great for running, the trail is made of small gravel, and they have it decorated with scarecrows right now for the holiday. The historic barn adds charm and character I will visit again!
