After a seemingly endless recurrence of horrific auto shop experiences, I cannot acclaim Harry's Auto Repair enough. My initial interaction was with Charlie, who was incredible helpful and patient as he broke down everything from terminology to repair processes to me. I am not a car-savvy person, so it was quite relieving to have had someone educate me without attempting to belittle me (as experienced elsewhere).

My service was much quicker than expected and Justin left my Infiniti running the best it ever has.

I was also extremely gracious about the overall customer service. Everyone that I interacted with was unanimously pleasant and informative. I especially want to commend Justin and Matthew for staying at the shop 30 min after closing for the weekend because I had troubles with my Uber driver bringing me back to the shop to pick up my car. That is a prime example of going above and beyond for customer satisfaction--something that they truly were not required to do.

Went in for a simple smog check. Guys were super nice and helpful. In and out. I'll be back next time I need work done for sure.

My scheduled service was promptly recorded in their system even if I made arangememts months in advance.   All work was completed as promised on time. From start to finish you are given the feeling that they take your business seriously.  I now have found a permanent replacement for the impersonal service from dealerships.

this used to be a good trustworthy shop. I brought my car in for them to finish a job that was 90% complete. 1-2 hours tops of labor. they never touched the car and told me it needed a new control arm at $560. this is a $70-100 part tops. told them don't touch it ill finish the job. went to pick car up same as I dropped it off and they charged me $148. they claimed it was for the diagnostics. really?

I've been taking my cars to Harry's for years.  I have always been happy with their service.  Also, Harry's is a fantastic place to get a smog check - always quick and easy!
