The team at Hart Real Estate Solutions did a wonderful job assisting us in selling our house.  From the moment we met Lori in our home we felt she was a genuine, honest woman of integrity and would treat the sale of our home as she would her own.  She went to the trouble to invest in a professional stager to come through our home and give us specific suggestions on what would help our home sell the best. She very thoughtfully considered what price to sell our home at with much research to back it up and explained it all to us.  We trusted her suggestion and went with it and within 3 days of listing we had already shown the house 3 times and had 3 full price offers.  Then she went through the process of helping us figure out what to do with all those offers and how to handle that all the way through closing.  There is so much more they did for us I can't even cover it all but the team was stellar and I would suggest them to anyone!

Lori Hart and her team were incredible throughout our out-of-town buying process. We emailed several real estate agents on a visit to Bozeman in hopes of learning more about the local market. Because we made it clear that we were very early in the process most agents didn't bother to respond. Lori not only wrote a thoughtful response, she met us in person and answered our many questions. Once we began our hunt in earnest Lori was able to quickly understand our needs and send us many relevant homes, including several not officially on the market. She even provided in-depth video tours so that we could get a good feel for a potential house despite being 10 hours away. In the end Lori suggested something we weren't even considering - a custom build in a wonderful neighborhood. She introduced us to several builders and ultimately guided us through the process of building a house we love. Our family officially moved to Bozeman in December and couldn't be happier in our new home. Thanks Hart Real Estate!

Tim and Lori Hart are way more than real estate agents. They are advocates and friends. They helped us purchase our first home in 2012. As we were outgrowing our first home (three daughters), we would ask them for advice on selling and purchasing a new home, and they repeatedly told us to stay in our home as long as possible to make our investment pay off. Their advice demonstrated to us that they were not just in it for the money, but they truly cared about us making wise financial decisions...and they were right. 

This year, they helped us sell our home (within 1 week) and step into a new, unique opportunity that had never been done in Bozeman: a cooperative house. We had the vision of living life in community with some dear friends; and Tim and Lori gave us wise counsel, helped us navigate financial barriers, and even joined us as we had to apply for special permitting through the city. Now, we get to enjoy a beautiful home with our dear friends in a beautiful neighborhood all because Tim and Lori were our advocates. We wouldn't have been able to get this home without them. Tim and Lori work very hard...and they care. Multiple times throughout this process Tim and Lori would pray for us, encourage us, and send us messages asking how we were doing through the process. 

We thank God for them, and highly recommend them! Because of their help to us over these years, we recommended them to our friends who they also helped purchase their first homes. They also helped our parents get into their ideal home in Three Forks as our parents moved closer to the grandkids. We could not recommend them high enough! They will be your biggest advocates and you will truly feel cared for in the entire home-buying process by them.

I found Tim and his team online, after reading all of his reviews.  He certainly lived up to his reputation! I was interested in buying an investment property in Montana.  Tim listened to my goals, guided me while not influencing my opinions with his own.  In addition to being knowledgeable about the local areas, Tim added value to the process by being a real estate investor himself.  When I was in town to look at properties, Tim devoted his full attention, paid attention to details that I missed, contemplated ideas with me and was a true partner during the process.  Tim was always professional (but also fun to be around!), and would never put his own interests ahead of mine - he looked at everything from my perspective, and only thought about what would serve me and help me achieve my goals.  I also appreciated his team's use of technology and checklists - he saved all relevant documents and pictures on Google, and provided checklists for me to keep track of things.  I thought purchasing a property on the other side of the country would be difficult, but Tim made it a breeze and distance was not at all an issue.  I look forward to working with Tim and his team again in the near future.

By far working with Tim Hart and his team was the best home buying experience I have ever had. There were some challenges along the way with the tough buyer market here in Bozeman and it took some time but Tim and his crew worked hard and never gave up on me. He was very keen on picking up on my hesitations and knew exactly what I was looking for. Definitely an agent who works on behalf of his clients. He treated me like family and made sure I was looked after from the beginning to the end of the process.

Tim was extremely knowledgeable in this crazy market and gave me advise on how to make sure I was able to get the home I had hoped for. With the many clients Tim has, he always made time to answer my calls or hear my concerns. I have bought and sold 4 homes in my life and I can honestly say Tim and his team gave me the most ease of any agent I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend Tim and his entire team. You need someone like him in this crazy market of Southwest Montana!!
