Lorenzo was very helpful he answered every question i had also gave me information on how to change my hearing date. Lorenzo really made this a lot easier then what i thought it was going to be.. made me feel very comfortable when speaking to me on the phone

I just want to say that Lorenzo is the only competent employee at the Hartford parking authority. I have been dealing with these people for the past few months and have gotten NO WHERE with ANYONE. I have dealt with nothing except rude and ghetto individuals who have no interest in helping me whatsoever. FINALLY I received a phone call returning a voicemail from a young man named Lorenzo. He was my light at the end of the tunnel! He was the ONLY person who sat with me and patiently explained what I needed to do to resolve the bullsh*t I am going through with Hartford. And just to make it known, I am receiving parking citations for a vehicle that I haven't had in over 2years and I haven't been to Hartford since 1999 for a backstreet boys concert! I live in Orange, CT, over an hour away from Hartford! The way they run their business and the employees they hire are ridiculous! So thank God they got one right with Lorenzo!

Lorenzo Martinez helped me fixed a parking ticket error. He was very friendly and helpful. He worked hard to resolve the issue and get back to me as quickly as possible. Thanks again!

I was at a Wolfpack game a few weeks and had a question about parking on the street. I called the office and spoke with Lorenzo. He was very professional and answered my questions thoroughly.

I have been appealing a parking ticket since September, 2017 that my husband received due to a broken meter in Hartford. I've appealed through email and written letter as instructed by the Hartford Parking Authority. My appeals have been rejected each time even though the meter was broken and I emailed within 24 hours to notify of such and I followed the appeal instructions given to me. I have exhausted all appeal options and now am forced to pay $102 since my husband had the bad fortune of parking at a broken meter in Hartford. HORRIBLE PUBLIC RELATIONS.
