I have done work on and off with Hartshorn for the last 10 years so I know they do a great job

I hate to give this type of review for a small business filled with an amazing, knowledgeable, friendly staff and owners. I always support local businesses but have to make exceptions when I can't afford it. Unfortunately there have been many times I can find the exact product online for 1/10th the cost offered here. I still buy certain products from here when the price is right or there is an emergency. 

Unfortunately I know the overhead and lack of discounts for buying in large quantities will drive prices up for businesses like this. I think businesses like this are necessary for the community and should be supported. Support your local business and buy here!

John is just the best guy. Definitely one of the easiest technicians I have ever worked with - he's very nice and very polite. Gets right down to business.

They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and convenient.  I couldn't be more thrilled with the services that they provided for us.  Rafael came out to repair our refrigerator and he found the problem right away.  He was very knowledgeable and thorough and solved the problem.
