Very friendly staff and make you feel comfortable. I had a sleep study done and I was referred to hartzells pharmacy for my cpap equipment. I was nervous not knowing what to expect since I never needed 1of these machines. The staff there comforted me and explained everything to me and showed me how to use my new equipment and make sure the mask fitted to my comfort level. They took care of all the paperwork with my insurance company. Very stress free environment I will be getting all my medical supplies from Hartzells...

Nice place, but candles, aromatherapy oils, healthy snacks, vitamins, knick knacks, lotions, little gifts/trinkets etc..are SO EXPENSIVE! :(

Several months ago I was 60 pills short (controlled substance). Hartzell's inventory corrected that.  3 months ago I was 13 pills short of the same medication.  The following month I was 2 short.  Today I received 2 different mg pills in the same vial, same medication,  just 100 mg off.
