I am sorry that this practice doesn't answer the phone.
As I live near by, I walked over because I needed a tooth extraction and I wanted to know how much they were charging (Medicare doesn't pay for tooth extractions).
The people at the reception desk were very rude and they gave me a figure from $300 to $800. When I asked what was the difference the reply was $500.  At the moment I knew I didn't want to be treated there.
I am very sorry because I know Dr. August from years back and she is very competent and a nice person.
MGH used to be a very nice place but now it is a big corporation called Partners and patients are not treated with compassion they are just a number in a card.
