Cecil Harvell is the best attorney I've ever encountered. He treated my elderly mother with dignity and respect. He listened and made certain that he understood all of her concerns, fears and desires for her future. He is extremely knowledgeable, concerned for his client, easy to understand, comfortable to talk to, professional and very likeable. Mom now rests easy that her wishes for her future will be honored through the documents that Cecil drafted for her. His concern for her is genuine and he continues to check in on her. He's God's gift to the elderly! He's the very best there is!

I found Harvell & Collins office to be very professional in the administration of a somewhat  difficult estate proceeding,  
at times requiring great patience.   
In particular, Andrew Foster was most  responsive to my concerns 
and questions.

My wife and I have known Cecil for over twenty years. Cecil Harvell and his team worked through some complicated issues satisfactorily. They are prompt, courteous, and understanding to your needs. My situation was very complicated and I needed to rely on the best. .Harvell and Collins was the firm that was recommended to me by very knowledgeable people.I am so glad I turned to them. Cecil Harvell worked on my case and spent valuable time explaining to me just what I needed to know. Estate planning is a very emotional thing and without the right person understanding ALL the circumstances, it can be a disaster. The firm was both professional and effective.
