Items on sale in the mail-order flyer?  They ain't got 'em on the shelves.  Never, ever enough registers open.  No visible management in the store.  Seriously, the store seems to have some pleasant employees, but there's never enough of them on duty.  Probably because Winn-Dixie either (a) doesn't hold store management accountable or (b) they care WAY more about the bottom line than their customers.  Probably a little of both.
