Going out of business. Sign says up to 70% off, but all I could find was 50%. Good deal, but not as good as hoped.

Usually I like coming here for things like books and hardware for my pc. Today I went there after a call in which I spoke to an associate named Emily over the phone and got a rude kind of "ugh" response for asking about game trade ins. I said I would be there shortly. The call was at 7:07PM and when I got in at 7:20 the same person named Emily said they don't accept trade-ins after 7pm. She knew I was coming in after 7pm to trade in games and did not mention this? Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but is this not the worst kind of customer service available? Never in my OWN customer service positions have I treated a customer this way. Shame on you.

The manager at this Hastings of Poplar Bluff Missouri is a low down crook! I had purchased a few pre-owned games from here, and one of them was all scratched and damaged. When I called to ask about a return/refund I was told that there is nothing that they can do and that I was basically stuck with it. They wouldn't even attempt to hear me out.
