Excellent experience. I had about 4 crowns, a bridge, 4 fillings and an extraction. Wow!. I've been to many dentist and I would rank Hastings Ranch extremely high. Customer service is fantastic and since I moved, I am willing to drive back 55 miles now for dental work with them. They also provided me with excellent pricing that is really hard to beat. I was also referred out to other excellent specialists who did the root canals and other specialties. Hastings followed up and perfectly on all procedures.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! I went to this office because I needed a checkup and because I had switched insurance carriers, I chose them as my new dental providers. I had no pains or complaints whatsoever. They did a checkup and found $6,000 worth of "urgently needed" procedures. The doctor who saw me even quoted "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." I was impressed by the office because of it's state-of-the-art technology. Because I had fillings that were over 10 years old, I felt it was time to get them updated... In hindsight, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." I had them start the work and ... it has been a month now and I have aching teeth which did not ache before, teeth that have never had fillings... teeth that didn't need any work done even according to them... First mistake was they capped 3 teeth, but after 1 month of pain and going back and forth to their office and being referred to an endodontist for root canal consultation, it now seems I need 2 root canals... But the permanent crowns are already in place, so the endodontist has to drill through the brand new porcelain crowns for the procedures and fill them with temporary filling. Then, once my root canals are done, I have to go back to these people so they can do permanent filling (or new crowns) for the root canals. First of all, I don't want to go there again for the second permanent crowns, but I have to because I have already paid for them the first time and it is their fault that they did not diagnose me properly (needing root canals). Had they diagnosed me properly, I would have had the root canals done and then the permanent crowns cemented in. However, I firmly feel that since I had no pains when I went there and since it was their suggestion that because my fillings were old and needed to be "updated", that in the process of doing the work, they damaged my teeth and perhaps fractured the teeth which have caused me pain (that I never had) for the past month and extra expenses of the root canals.
